The HEXKOTE line of products evolved from decades of research and experience developing a solution that is not only oil free, but capable of cleaning, protecting, and lubricating in extreme environments and across many areas of use. First named Sentry Solutions, a family owned and operated business that originated more than 50 years ago in Wilton, New Hampshire. Sentry Solutions used a dry film technology to combat corrosion, friction and wear, and was quickly adopted by the Navy SEALs and other military personnel to protect firearms and gear from the extreme environments of combat. Their innovative, oil-free products were designed and developed specifically for people whose lives depend on the reliability and performance of their firearms and equipment.
Now with the benefit of 50+ years of experience behind it, HEXKOTE was born in 2024. Although originally designed for tactical equipment like firearms and knives, the benefit of this product across many, many other areas of industry are too great to ignore and the original formula has been improved upon and uniquely reformulated for use across Household, Industrial, and Marine Equipment in all types of environments.
The same simple concept Sentry Solutions developed long ago still applies to everything HEXKOTE does today; “dirt will not stick to equipment lubricated with a dry film and metal surfaces protected by a dry micro-bonded shield will not corrode”.
